Guidance and knowledge dissemination to junior teams **Description:** Ensure software implementation and support at client sites, aiming to guarantee customer satisfaction in TOTVS internal projects and the success of the assigned project. Responsibilities and Duties Perform high-complexity activities across any phase of service delivery and/or project implementation, as well as in solution architecture; Implement and support software at client sites with minimal guidance and supervision, adhering to the TOTVS Implementation Methodology and established departmental processes; Resolve issues related to implementation and operational support, facilitating scope discussions, identifying new customizations, and gathering requirements; Provide technical leadership for assigned projects and/or workstreams, ensuring technical feasibility of the solution and identifying risks during service execution; Guide interns, technicians, and less senior analysts by clarifying doubts, disseminating technical and/or business knowledge, recommending supporting documentation, and, if necessary, conducting training sessions; Analyze, identify, and/or anticipate project issues, escalating and directing actions to the project/department leadership; Identify, propose, and implement process improvements and/or innovations within the department, based on technical and business expertise, formally communicating them to responsible departments; Guide isolated and integrated testing teams in assigned projects through test script methodology; Master modules related to your area of expertise/product, including their core functionalities and business rules, to present optimal product solutions to clients; Support project coordinators in developing project schedules and status reports.
