Focus on process improvement and failure prevention Positivo S\+ is seeking a **Junior Support Technician** to join a strategic project in the logistics/airport sector. If you possess technical knowledge, proactivity, and seek an opportunity with differentiated shift scheduling, join our team! ### **Main Responsibilities:** * Provide first-level support for corporate systems, software, and applications. * Perform installation, configuration, error correction, relocation, and replacement of hardware and software. * Handle IT service tickets via ITSM remotely or on-site. * Ensure compliance with SLAs and maintain availability of telephony, IT, and infrastructure resources. * Register and monitor requests in operational technology platforms. * Track ongoing activities to completion, aiming at process improvement and preventing recurrence of failures. ### **Mandatory Requirements:** * **Education:** Technical degree in IT (completed or currently pursuing). * **Technical Skills:** Intermediate-level Microsoft Office proficiency. * **Networking & Telecommunications:** Knowledge of telecommunications systems and networking fundamentals. * **Profile:** Communicative, punctual, and proactive. * **Availability:** Full availability for night shifts. ### **Preferred Qualifications:** * Easy access to Confins Airport (Cargo Area). * Prior experience in on-site technical support environments. ### **Job Details:** * **Work Model:** On-site. * **Location:** Confins \- MG. * **Schedule:** 12x36 rotating shift, from 6:00 PM to 6:00 AM (Night shift). * **Compensation:** R$ 2\.261,75\. * Night shift allowance. ### **Benefits:** * Medical and dental plans. * Life insurance and meal/food allowance. * Transportation allowance or parking. * Discount club and discounts on Positivo products. * Access to Wellhub (gyms) and Mente Tranquila. * Elleve Performance: Discounts on universities and courses.
