Identify the need for project adjustments at the early stages of processes.* **PRODUCTS/SERVICES/RESPONSIBILITIES/OBLIGATIONS** **C** **B** **A** This section identifies the main expected final outcomes of the position, as well as the sub-products or services the position must deliver to fulfill its objective defined in the “Job Summary” section. **1** *Perform inspections upon receipt of equipment and components, issuing a checklist for each item and diagnosing their condition to determine which components require restoration or replacement.* X X **2** *Responsible for maintenance of parts and equipment such as frames, covers, housings, bearings, rollers, supports, motor parts, generators, water and oil pumps, separators, fans, and other mechanical accessories, using appropriate tools to carry out new installations / general refurbishment and/or repairs.* X X **3** *Disassembly and cleaning of parts and equipment such as frames, covers, housings, bearings, rollers, supports, motor parts, generators, water and oil pumps, separators, fans, and other mechanical accessories, using appropriate tools.* X **4** *Restore parts and components that do not meet specifications, including adjustment, replacement, and assembly of mechanical components and equipment.* X X **5** *Analyze and identify parts and components that do not meet specifications, including adjustment, replacement, and assembly of mechanical components and equipment.* X **6** *Perform functional tests on components at test benches and those installed on locomotives / railway vehicles, verifying whether achieved values match those specified in manufacturer manuals and/or specific instructions to ensure proper equipment operation.* X X **7** *Support and assist with component testing at test benches.* X **8** *Interpret assembly drawings.* X X **9** *Responsible for assembling switch machines and axle counters.* X X **10** *Assist in assembling switch machines and axle counters.* X **11** *Responsible for interpreting measuring instruments (tape measures, calipers, etc.).* X X **12** *Knowledge of reading and interpreting measuring instruments (tape measures, calipers, etc.).* X **13** *Maintain organization and 5S practices on trackside and in technical rooms.* X X X **COMPETENCIES** **C** **B** **A** **Education:** High school diploma. X X X **Experience:** (Years of experience): 2 years in Metro-Railway and/or Building Mechanical fields. 1 to 2 3 to 5 6 years and above **Aligned with:** Theoretical and practical knowledge of Building Maintenance, Preventive and/or Corrective Maintenance for passenger trains in respective areas. Customer relationship skills. **Knowledge / Skills** (Technical or Behavioral)**:** Logical reasoning, analytical ability, dynamism, creativity, oral and written communication, numerical aptitude, and teamwork.
