




Job Summary: The professional will be responsible for daily administrative tasks, including invoice analysis and entry, telephone support, and email correspondence, using the TOTVS system. Use of TOTVS system and computer tools Daily Responsibilities: * Receiving and analyzing invoices, sending emails, answering phone calls, and entering expenses and invoices into the TOTVS system. Required Qualifications: * Basic computer and Excel skills. * Basic experience in general administrative roles.
