Responsibilities and Duties * Receive, inspect, and record materials and equipment, verifying quantities, technical specifications, and compliance with invoices, purchase orders, and internal documents; * Conduct physical inspections of mechanical, electrical, and structural materials, identifying potential damage, discrepancies, or non-conformities; * Manage material inflows and outflows in the inventory management system (ERP or spreadsheets), ensuring traceability and up-to-date information; * Properly organize, label, and store materials in the warehouse, adhering to addressing criteria, safety standards, and item preservation requirements; * Pick and deliver materials according to requisitions from production, mechanical maintenance, electrical maintenance, assembly, and boiler-making departments; * Monitor minimum and maximum stock levels, flagging replenishment needs and supporting the procurement department in requesting new materials; * Conduct periodic inventories (rotating and full), ensuring inventory accuracy and identifying potential discrepancies; * Support technical teams in identifying and locating materials required for service execution; * Manage warehouse-related documentation, including invoices, requisitions, work orders, and material movement records; * Maintain the warehouse in an organized, clean, and compliant condition with respect to safety, quality, and internal company procedures; * Guide and assist other warehouse staff in operational tasks as needed; * Ensure proper packaging and preservation of materials to prevent losses, damage, or obsolescence. Requirements and Qualifications * Completed high school education (technical training in Logistics, Mechanical Engineering, Electrotechnics, or related fields is preferred); * Proven experience in industrial warehouse operations; * Knowledge of inventory control, receiving, inspection, and material storage; * Experience using inventory management systems (ERP) or control spreadsheets for recording material inflows and outflows; * Familiarity with rotating and full inventory practices; * Experience identifying and inspecting electrical materials such as relays, circuit breakers, terminal blocks, contactors, PLCs (Programmable Logic Controllers), power supplies, and disconnect switches; * Experience identifying and inspecting mechanical and structural materials such as steel beams, steel plates, busbars, metal profiles, and oxy-cut parts used in boiler-making and industrial assembly; * Basic ability to read and interpret technical specifications and material codes; * Skill in organizing, addressing, and physically controlling materials in a warehouse environment; * Knowledge of industrial material storage, preservation, and handling procedures; * Experience fulfilling material requisitions from production, mechanical maintenance, electrical maintenance, and boiler-making departments; * Familiarity with safety regulations applicable to industrial material storage and handling.
