Opportunity to apply knowledge of regulatory standards Position: Occupational Safety Technical Assistant Location: Belo Horizonte Schedule: Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM Employment Type: CLT (Consolidation of Labor Laws) Salary: Current minimum wage Benefits: Cash transportation allowance Meal allowance: R$20.00/day Job Responsibilities: Support the preparation and updating of documents such as PCMSO, LTCAT, and PGR; Conduct and monitor safety inspections at company facilities; Manage the distribution and use of PPE (Personal Protective Equipment), with recording in PPE forms; Assist in investigating work-related incidents and accidents; Participate in organizing and implementing safety training; Maintain up-to-date safety records and documents, including PGR, PCMSO, Service Orders (SO), ASO, PPE forms, etc.; Schedule occupational medical examinations (ASO); Identify and prospect clinics for conducting ASOs; Research and obtain quotations for PPE and uniforms; Maintain updated spreadsheets of occupational medical examinations; Use tools such as Excel and Word for data organization and reporting; Possess basic knowledge of NRs (Regulatory Standards) to support training and legal compliance; Willingness to travel. Requirements: Technical course in Occupational Safety (completed or in progress); Knowledge of Regulatory Standards (NRs); Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel and Word); Organizational skills, proactivity, and strong communication ability; Employment Type: Permanent CLT Compensation: R$1\.518,00 per month Benefits: * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Experience: * Occupational Safety (Preferred) Work Location: On-site
