Description

Job Summary: The professional will monitor the production process, inspect parts and raw materials, and oversee equipment usage to ensure quality and compliance with specifications. Monitor equipment and safety procedures Monitor the production process to ensure specifications and parameters are compliant; inspect parts according to their criticality (finish, dimensions, strength); read diagrams and instructions to understand quality expectations for products and supplies; approve or reject raw materials against quality standards and record supplier performance; select production samples and verify them using appropriate methods (dimensional measurement, functional testing, comparison against specifications, etc.); use automated systems to perform complex testing procedures; maintain test records, information, and various metrics, such as number of defective products per day, etc.; inspect procedures across the entire production cycle to ensure efficiency and compliance with safety regulations; monitor equipment usage to ensure safety and proper maintenance, and discard any equipment failing to meet requirements; prepare and submit reports to the quality manager. Experience in Industrial Process Inspection is a plus.
