Description: Responsible for supporting the company's maintenance and infrastructure activities, performing support tasks in civil works, structural assembly, and minor maintenance. Handles preparation and transportation of materials, assists in masonry, painting, metalwork, plumbing, and general facilities services, ensuring facility preservation and safety. Must maintain workplace organization and strictly comply with safety regulations and proper use of PPE. Responsibilities and Duties * Prepare and mix construction materials such as mortar and concrete according to technical instructions. * Transport, organize, and store materials and tools at the worksite. * Assist masons, painters, and other professionals in masonry, plastering, painting, and installation of floors and claddings. * Assemble temporary structures such as scaffolding and shoring, following technical guidance and safety standards. * Perform cleaning and organization of the construction site, including removal of debris and waste. * Carry out cleaning of roofs, gutters, and flashings after specific training and qualification. * Assist in plumbing maintenance and repairs to water systems and building installations. * Support metalwork and welding activities under technical supervision. * Collaborate in furniture assembly and execution of facilities services. * Comply with all safety regulations and correctly use PPE and collective protective equipment (CPE). Requirements and Qualifications * Completed high school education. * Minimum 2 years of experience in civil construction, building maintenance, or general infrastructure services. * Basic knowledge in civil construction, plumbing, painting, and/or metalwork. * Availability to work in an industrial environment and perform various maintenance support activities. 2512020202181841221
