Job Summary: We are seeking an attentive and proactive Operator to monitor paper towel folding and cutting machines, ensuring efficiency and quality on the production line. Key Highlights: 1. Identify faults and perform adjustments to maintain production flow We are looking for an attentive and proactive professional to work on our production line in the **Fonte Grande** neighborhood of Contagem. The Operator will be responsible for monitoring interfold machines for paper towel folding, cutting, and packaging, ensuring both efficiency and final product quality. **Responsibilities and Duties:** * Operate and monitor the interfold machine (folding, cutting, and packaging of paper towels). * Continuously ensure quality standards for cutting, folding, and packaging of products. * Identify simple operational faults and perform adjustments to maintain production flow. * Perform cleaning, organization, and support basic maintenance of machinery and workstation. * Handle finished products carefully, focusing on reducing waste and damage. * Collaborate with the team to achieve productivity targets safely. **Requirements:** * Completed high school education. * Profile with strong technical learning ability and high concentration capacity. * Physical and mental agility to keep pace with the production line. * Detail-oriented, committed, and responsible regarding safety regulations. * **Preferred Qualification:** Prior experience in an industrial environment (specific machine training will be provided). **Compensation and Additional Benefits:** * **Base Salary:** R$ 1.899,00 (CLT employment regime). * **Additional Benefit:** Attendance bonus (per company policy). **Benefits:** * Meal Allowance. * Transportation Allowance. Work Schedule and Hours: * **Schedule:** 5x2 (Monday to Friday). * **Working Hours:** 7:30 AM to 5:10 PM. * **Work Model:** On-site – Fonte Grande neighborhood.
