Your main responsibilities will include: * Preparing patients for EEG examinations, ensuring comfort, empathy, and safety; * Correctly positioning and securing electrodes according to technical protocols; * Operating and monitoring EEG equipment during procedures; * Ensuring recording quality and performing adjustments when necessary; * Maintaining preventive equipment upkeep and organizing the examination environment; * Complying with technical, ethical, and biosafety standards; * Supporting the medical team with relevant examination information. **Requirements:** * Technical qualification in Electroencephalography or related fields; * Proven experience conducting EEG examinations; * Basic knowledge of clinical neurophysiology; * Ability to interact effectively with patients of diverse backgrounds; * Organizational skills, attention to detail, and strong communication; * **Kindness, amiability, and a welcoming demeanor** in patient interactions; * Ability to convey calmness and empathy during procedures. **Behavioral Competencies:** * Proactivity and initiative to resolve situations promptly; * Teamwork and collaboration with other clinic professionals; * Responsibility and commitment to deadlines and quality; * Flexibility to handle unexpected events and diverse patient profiles; * Professional ethics and confidentiality.
