**JOB OPENING: Construction Master** **Location:** Sanitation project – COPASA – Betim/MG **Salary:** To be negotiated **Benefits:** Meal allowance \+ Transportation allowance **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday **Responsibilities:** * Coordinate and lead construction execution teams (networks, carpentry, reinforcement, and other work fronts) * Assign tasks and monitor team productivity on-site * Ensure proper execution of works in accordance with engineering drawings, technical standards, and engineering instructions * Interpret engineering drawings (structural, hydraulic, and others) and guide the team during execution * Control and inspect concrete structure works (formwork, reinforcement, concrete pouring for tanks, manholes, boxes, and foundations) * Monitor measurements and support physical progress control of the project * Control the use of materials, equipment, and labor to prevent waste * Ensure adherence to deadlines, quality, and workplace safety * Maintain an organized construction site compliant with regulations * Serve as the liaison between operational staff and engineering **Requirements:** * Proven experience as a Construction Master in civil construction projects * Experience in sanitation projects (a significant advantage) * Solid knowledge of reading and interpreting engineering drawings * Experience executing concrete structures and infrastructure networks * Team leadership and field management skills * Basic understanding of construction planning and control * Fundamental knowledge of occupational safety * Completed high school; a technical course in building construction or related fields is an advantage * Having an established team (masons, assistants, etc.) is considered a major advantage Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent CLT Compensation: Starting from R$5\.000,00 per month Benefits: * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Screening Question(s): * Do you have experience in the sanitation sector?
