The role involves serving players and supporting chip purchase and exchange operations. We seek a detail-oriented, agile, and ethical professional who ensures security and transparency in all transactions. **Key Responsibilities:** * Verify poker chips to ensure authenticity and integrity. * Accept cash, card, PIX, or other payment methods. * Exchange cash for chips and vice\-versa with absolute accuracy. * Precisely track all monetary inflows and outflows. * Record all transactions in the system. * Provide prompt and courteous support to VIP players and other customers. * Adhere to internal security protocols. * Assist in resolving customer inquiries or issues.
