Description: Civil Engineering degree. Knowledge of MS Project, Power BI. Advanced Excel. * + Carry out planning for company contracts using specific software and methodologies, including execution timelines; cost breakdown; receivables control; balances, schedules, targets, and risk management with preventive actions aimed at mitigating them; + Validate all planning information with the coordination teams of production areas, including delivery deadlines, schedule, and budget; + Prepare weekly, biweekly, or monthly presentations containing data, budgeted vs. actual reports, and strategic indicators for contract management; + Monitor customer satisfaction levels regarding services provided by the company, addressing non-conformities with legal and quality departments; + Monitor and analyze expiration dates of contractual terms, execution periods, guarantee expirations, and release of commitments, notifying the responsible department for appropriate actions; + Track delivered products and their release for measurement and subsequent payment; + Perform other related tasks as requested by supervisors; + Implement and improve planning tools and methodologies (MS Project, Primavera P6, WBS, BIM 4D, among others); + Ensure compliance with contractual requirements and client guidelines (public or private); * Develop other related activities in order to fulfill responsibilities, responding to requests from project/works supervisors. 2511080202181794922
