Develop expertise in a modern and evolving field We are looking for a Law Intern to join a rapidly expanding firm specializing in an innovative area of Digital Law—specifically, obtaining judicial authorizations for children's and adolescents' participation in content production for digital platforms. Driven by recent regulatory changes and new platform requirements, this segment has experienced significant growth, making it an excellent opportunity for those wishing to develop expertise in a modern and continuously evolving legal field. We seek a candidate eager to learn, embrace challenges, and grow alongside the firm. In addition to initial work in this area, the intern will have opportunities to participate in other projects and broaden their experience across various legal practice areas throughout their development within the team. **Main Responsibilities** * Assist in drafting legal petitions and documents; * Understand preliminary injunctions/provisional remedies; * Strong knowledge of Civil Procedure Law; * Request and verify documents submitted by clients; * Organize case files, documents, and procedural information; * File cases in courts' electronic systems; * Monitor case progress; * Assist in scheduling hearings and investigative actions; * Support the legal team in administrative and procedural matters; * Contribute to improving internal workflows and processes. **Mandatory Requirements** * Currently enrolled in Law School from the 6th semester onward; * Interest in Digital Law and innovation; * Strong writing and communication skills; * Organized and detail-oriented; * Comfortable with technology and digital systems; * Availability for in-person work in Belo Horizonte. **Preferred Qualifications** * Prior experience at a law firm; * Experience drafting procedural documents; * Knowledge of Digital Law; * Knowledge of Consumer Law; * Familiarity with courts' electronic systems. **Behavioral Profile** A candidate is likely to succeed in this position if they: * Enjoy learning quickly; * Take initiative to solve problems; * Seek autonomy and professional growth; * Are organized and responsible; * Handle processes and details effectively; * Communicate clearly and concisely; * Value excellence and continuous improvement.
