As a Procurement Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and executing procurement processes for direct and indirect materials, services, domestic transportation, and contract drafting, ensuring quality, delivery timelines, and competitive costs.
**Key Responsibilities:**
**Supplier Analysis and Selection:**
Evaluate suppliers based on technical specifications, volumes, product characteristics, drawings, testing requirements, certifications, color, format, texture, and delivery timelines.
**Supplier Development:**
Conduct research per product demand and specifications; lead supplier bidding (BID); issue quotation requests; analyze cost breakdowns; track supplier responses; prepare comparative analyses (price, delivery timeline, location, freight); negotiate commercial terms; conduct audit visits; and issue supplier appointment letters.
**Contract Management:**
Draft contracts using internal templates; submit for legal review; follow up on feedback; ensure electronic signature; create supplier codes; and issue contracts in the TOTVS system.
**Commercial Monitoring and KPIs:**
Monitor supplier performance; conduct follow-up visits; analyze volume versus costs; propose improvements; maintain updated records (lead time, minimum order quantity, purchase orders); and prepare departmental reports and indicators.
**Cost and Tax Analysis:**
Assess ICMS, withheld taxes, and tax incentives (e.g., Free Trade Zone); negotiate tax-related costs during pricing formulation; perform detailed cost breakdown analysis.

**Requirements:**
**Bachelor’s degree completed:** Administration, Engineering, or related fields.
**Experience:** Minimum three years in national procurement, with senior-level experience.
**Language:** Intermediate English (preferred).
Proficiency in the TOTVS system (preferred).
