Application of the TOTVS Implementation Methodology and industry best practices **Project Coordinator** =================================== TOTVS \| Belo Horizonte \- MG \| Hybrid Job Description Lead the delivery of TOTVS ERP solutions (Protheus, RM, Datasul) focused on the Supply, Manufacturing, and Logistics segments, ensuring customer success, adherence to timelines, budgets, and scope, and the financial health of the portfolio. Your role is to be the "owner" of the project, mobilizing teams and resources to transform contracts into tangible results and lasting customer satisfaction. Responsibilities and Duties WHAT YOU WILL DO: * Lead and manage high-complexity ERP implementation projects, ensuring execution within agreed timelines, budgets, and scope. * Serve as the primary point of contact for client and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring transparent and effective communication of outcomes. * Monitor and manage project financial health (ROL, Margin, EBITDA), identifying risks and opportunities for new services. * Ensure application of the TOTVS Implementation Methodology (MIT) and industry best practices (PMI/Agile). * Foster team engagement by providing guidance and support for continuous development. Requirements and Qualifications **WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU:** * Completed undergraduate degree, preferably in relevant fields; * Experience in Project Management within the Industry/Manufacturing/Supply sectors; * Experience and proficiency with TOTVS ERPs; * Proficiency in MS Project; * Knowledge of project management methodologies (PMI, PMBOK, Agile \- Scrum/Kanban); * Understanding of project financial indicators (ROL, Margin, EBITDA). * Availability for hybrid work, including on-site presence with clients in Belo Horizonte and surrounding areas. Desirable Requirements IT WOULD BE GREAT IF YOU HAD: * Project Management certification (PMI, Scrum, or similar) * Knowledge of the TOTVS Methodology and Implementation (MIT).
