Manage and develop the budgeting team, performing critical project analyses, quantity takeoffs, and proposal preparation to ensure economic viability.

* Manage and develop the budgeting team, promoting technical training, process standardization, and continuous improvement of results;
* Read and conduct critical analysis of architectural and complementary project drawings to identify required services;
* Perform area measurements and quantity takeoffs using AutoCAD, ensuring accuracy in defining required materials and services;
* Organize and structure quantity takeoffs in technical Excel spreadsheets, ensuring traceability and information standardization;
* Develop cost compositions based on technical service interpretation and conducted quantity takeoffs;
* Prepare comprehensive budget spreadsheets (direct and indirect costs), covering materials, labor, equipment, and overheads;
* Consolidate the total project cost and support pricing strategy definition;
* Structure and validate technical and commercial proposals, aligning scope, assumptions, timelines, and contractual terms;
* Support senior management in project economic feasibility analysis;
* Collaborate with procurement for strategic quotations and market price validation;
* Ensure compliance with internal budgeting standards and company margin targets;
Requirements:
* Degree in Civil Engineering or Civil Production Engineering;
* Proven experience in people management and budgeting;
* Proficiency in AutoCAD;
* Intermediate Excel skills;
* Experience with fast-track, commercial, and retail construction projects;
