Come revolutionize education with us! **Responsibilities and Duties** Deliver training fully aligned with our early years collections, both for teachers from partner schools and for presentations of materials to prospective schools identified by the Commercial Directorate, as well as for the team of Pedagogical Experience Consultants — always upon demand and request from Customer Experience Management. The focus of these trainings is to equip educators with deep expertise in Bernoulli’s Educational Solutions for the Early Years segment; Conduct pedagogical training and lectures at partner schools to maximize the development of our Collection; Develop materials enabling deeper structural understanding of the Early Childhood Education Collection, working closely with the Printed Products Directorate and the Digital Products Directorate; Suggest improvements to the Educational Solutions within your segment, based on market editorial observation and analysis; Systematize, create, and generate data related to the Collection to support training for partner schools, aiming to maximize the use of Educational Solutions; Analyze and validate responses to questions, criticisms, and suggestions received from consultants, originating from partner schools; Analyze, evaluate, and respond to various feedback items from partner schools; Stay updated on Educational Laws, the National Education Guidelines and Framework Law (LDB), the National Textbook Program (PNLD), ENEM, and the National Common Curriculum Base (BNCC), providing support to consultants regarding the alignment of regulations with the Collection; Participate in pedagogical meetings, educational congresses, and fairs; Design, monitor, and validate the structure of the Syllabi for teaching materials; Curate all content and information related to the Collection within your respective segment — including material production, e-books, learning pathways, product catalogs, (In)Pedagogical Training, as well as content produced for social media, including “Contact Us” and customer responses via web. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Must reside in Belo Horizonte or surrounding region.** Valid driver’s license category B is mandatory, along with availability for frequent travel and highway driving. Bachelor’s degree in one of the four knowledge areas, with specialization in active methodologies, assessment, competency-based curriculum, editorial production, or related fields; Master’s degree preferred; Strong familiarity with all regulations, updates, and changes related to elementary education, early years. Ability to deliver content training, develop e-books and pedagogical pathways, record videos, tutorials, and podcasts; strong organizational skills and focus on tasks requiring extensive reading and concentration.
