**Responsibilities** * Control and calculation of direct and indirect production costs; * Ensure data integrity in cost centers; * Support monthly accounting closing routines, ensuring correct classification and recording of cost-related information; * Perform reconciliations of cost accounts (raw materials, labor, allocations, and indirect expenses); * Analysis of Variations and Margins; * Perform Allocations and Allocation Criteria; * Develop, monitor, and analyze the company's budget, evaluating variances between standard cost vs. actual cost and budgeted vs. actual; * Support maintenance and updating of product master data, cost centers, and cost structure in the ERP system; * Prepare spreadsheets and reports for monitoring costs and margins; * Propose improvements to increase efficiency and quality of information. **Requirements** * Currently pursuing or completed undergraduate degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields; * Industrial experience preferred; * Solid experience in cost accounting; * Experience managing complex cost centers and allocations; * Experience in monthly closing and interaction with accounting; * Participation in pricing processes is desirable; * ERP TOTVS (strongly preferred); * Intermediate Excel proficiency (mandatory). **Availability to work 100% on-site in the city of Sarzedo** Employment type: Permanent CLT Compensation: R$3\.500,00 \- R$3\.700,00 per month Benefits: * Medical assistance * Dental assistance * Food basket * Free parking * Life insurance Work location: On-site
