




**Know the opportunity** **We support diversity and inclusion, therefore all our positions are also open to People with Disabilities (PCD).** If you work with a focus on customer service and innovation, make decisions openly and transparently, appreciate and foster a respectful work environment, work in a multidisciplinary, collaborative, pragmatic way with a results focus, taking responsibility for delivery, learn more about our **PL Accounting Analyst** position. **Important job details:** * Work location: Contagem\-MG; * Work mode: Hybrid; * Contract type: Permanent. **Responsibilities:** * Analyze and execute asset records in accordance with internal procedures and current legislation, aiming at defining and ensuring accuracy in depreciation controls, credit utilization and effective control of the Company's asset registration; * Plan, monitor, and prepare information for accounting entries; * Perform accounting reconciliation activities according to internal procedures, current legislation, and established schedules, aiming to mitigate risks to the Company's business; * Record accounting entries into the management system and plan and prepare information for digital accounting records for ECD (Digital Accounting Ledger); * Gather necessary data and information for the preparation and publication of the Company's financial statements, extracting and comparing accounting data to identify possible deviations; * Conduct analyses to support the preparation of accounting reports through the preparation and analysis of trial balances, balance sheets, registration and accounting information, aiming to validate the balance sheet for compliance with tax authorities and shareholders, respecting national and international accounting standards; * Support the accounting closing process according to the established schedule and structure by classifying accounting documents, reconciling accounts, and analyzing transfers and movements compliant with current national and international accounting standards (IFRS); * Monitor internal and external audits, providing information and clarifying auditor questions to prevent non-conformities from being reported to the Company, proposing improvement actions, monitoring their implementation, and evaluating their effectiveness to mitigate risks; * Prepare management reports and various financial statements to support decision-making. **Required knowledge and skills:** * Completed degree in Accounting Sciences and active CRC; * Advanced Spanish; * SAP knowledge; * Intermediate-level Office Suite proficiency; **Preferred qualifications:** * Experience in industry; * Experience in Shared Service Centers; * English language skills; * Blackline knowledge; * Power BI knowledge.
