Job Summary: We are seeking an intern to support Discovery activities, collaborate on multidisciplinary projects, identify usability issues, and analyze data to improve user experience. Key Highlights: 1. Support Discovery activities and validation of flows and interfaces 2. Collaborate with Product Managers on multidisciplinary projects 3. Analyze product data to generate insights and identify issues Description: * Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program in Administration, Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Design, Communications, or related fields (from the 2nd semester onward). * Interest in pursuing a career in Digital Product; * Strong organizational, communication, and teamwork skills; * Proficiency with technology and digital tools; ADDITIONAL ASSETS: * Completion of courses, bootcamps, or projects related to product, UX, or technology; * Basic knowledge of chatbots, digital customer service, or messaging tools; * Familiarity with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) or task management tools. * Support Discovery activities, user interviews, validations, flows, user journeys, and interfaces; collaborate with Product Managers on development and multidisciplinary projects; * Identify usability issues/opportunities and translate them into improvements in user experience; * Analyze and collect product data to generate insights for platform growth and issue identification; * Collaborate in building and consolidating user experience across our products. 2511070202301855240
