Interaction with various departments to resolve operational demands **About Órion** Órion is a company specialized in logistics services (providing space, warehousing, packaging, and dispatching products for delivery platforms), connecting gastronomic brands to the delivery ecosystem through infrastructure, intelligence, and performance. **Job Responsibilities** * Coordinate and supervise warehouse/CD operations (receiving, storage, picking, checking, shipping) * Lead the operational team (pickers, checkers, operators, assistants), ensuring productivity and organization * Monitor key performance indicators such as productivity, accuracy, OTIF, damages, and SLA * Organize work schedules, shifts, and team sizing according to demand * Ensure compliance with safety regulations and operational best practices * Conduct inventories and address discrepancies with action plans * Ensure proper use of equipment and facilities * Operate and supervise systems such as WMS, ERP, and TMS * Prepare management reports and report results to coordination or management * Interact with internal departments (procurement, sales, transportation, quality) and external parties (carriers, suppliers, customers) to resolve operational demands. **What We Expect From You** * Leadership profile: capable of holding team members accountable, developing talent, and providing clear direction * Operational organization and discipline * Analytical mindset * Strong communication skills with both operational teams and management * Ability to work under pressure **Requirements** * Prior experience in operational logistics (warehouse, distribution center, or distribution) * Experience leading teams * Knowledge of logistics processes (picking, inventory, shipping, etc.) * Experience with operational KPIs * Experience with WMS and/or logistics management systems **Work Schedule** 6-day workweek, 1 day off 10:00 AM \- 7:00 PM (with 1-hour break) Compensation: R$2\.500,00 per month Benefits: * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Work Location: On-site
