Job Summary: Professional to operate machinery in pharmaceutical product manufacturing, performing process monitoring and control, equipment cleaning, and maintenance. Key Highlights: 1. Cleaning, lubrication, and sanitization of equipment Pharmaceutical industry seeks a Machine Operator in Sabará (Borges). **Responsibilities:** Comply with all productivity, quality, and safety standards, norms, and procedures. Receive and complete documentation. Verify operational conditions of machinery used in pharmaceutical product manufacturing. Select equipment and instruments; receive materials and utensils. Verify materials and products against the Production Technical Sheet. Program machinery for pharmaceutical product manufacturing. Monitor humidity, temperature, and pressure in the area. Collect product samples for physicochemical analysis. Transfer containers holding intermediate products between sections to enable operations. Perform setup changes when required. Feed materials into machinery for processing. Conduct in-process control. Identify and correct process failures. Seal and label containers holding finished products. Transfer products to packaging. Inspect physical and visual conditions of containers and materials. Package products into appropriate packaging. Clean facilities and machinery used for pharmaceutical products and related items. Lubricate and sanitize machinery and equipment. Select and dispose of waste. Record maintenance occurrences and shift handovers. Request materials and raw materials. Support maintenance interventions (corrective and preventive). Analyze, identify, and adjust process or equipment failures and anomalies. Meet production standards specified in procedures. Assemble transfer and filtration systems. Monitor the filtration process. Sterilize finished products, materials, and utensils. Identify products and materials. Control temperature, time, and pressure during sterilization. Transport empty trays from inspection to the filling area. Collect samples for quality control analysis. Perform tests for microbiological monitoring. Print autoclave cycle reports and attach them to the product’s Production Technical Sheet. Monitor pressure in controlled areas of the Injectable and Vial-Ampoule sectors. Support equipment maintenance alongside mechanical technicians. Notify coordination upon detecting any anomaly. Meet production standards specified in procedures. Other duties as assigned by management. Position located in Sabará / MG. Previous experience as a Machinist, Equipment Operator, Operations Technician, or Production Operator may indicate suitability for some activities of this role. High school diploma required.
