Job Summary: An IT Technician to join the team and provide technical support for computers, systems, networks, and assist with the use of digital tools, as well as support live sessions and system administration. Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on equipment **IT Technician – Instituto Plenum Brasil** The **Instituto Plenum Brasil**, a private institution specializing in training public sector managers, is seeking an **IT Technician** to join its team. **Main Responsibilities:** * Provide technical support for computers, systems, and internal networks; * Support online and in-person training sessions; * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on equipment; * Assist students and staff with the use of digital tools. * Provide technical support to users (hardware, software, and network); * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on equipment; * Support the administration of internal systems and servers; * Develop scripts and applications for process automation; * Process and analyze databases, generating reports and dashboards; **Salary:** R$ 2.500,00 **Work Schedule:** Monday to Friday, from 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM **Benefits:** Meal/Voucher Allowance (VA/VR), Transportation Voucher (VT), and Unimed Health Plan **Work Location:** Instituto Plenum Brasil Job Type: Full-time, CLT Permanent Position Compensation: R$2.500,00 per month Benefits: * Medical assistance * Meal allowance * Food voucher * Transportation voucher Education: * Currently pursuing or having interrupted undergraduate studies (Preferred)
