Support in quotations, communication with suppliers, and organization **Description** The Procurement and Supply Intern is responsible for supporting the Procurement and Supply department’s activities under the guidance of the responsible team. Key responsibilities include assisting in gathering information for quotations and price research, supporting the team in supplier communication under supervision, organizing purchase requisitions and internal documents, and assisting in system data entry and vendor/product registration per team instructions. The intern may also contribute to administrative tasks related to the department. This position offers an excellent opportunity for practical development, enabling students to gain knowledge of supply processes, negotiation, and operational organization within a collaborative environment. **Responsibilities and Duties** Support updating and maintaining Excel control spreadsheets. Monitor requester demands, budgeted values, and supplier delivery timelines under team guidance. Assist in price negotiation activities, contributing to achieving budget targets. Support preparing information for closing procurement negotiations. Assist in creating purchase orders and registering products and suppliers in the TOTVS system. Contribute to general administrative tasks related to the Supply team’s daily operations. **Requirements and Qualifications** Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Administration or Production Engineering (5th to 8th semester). Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office. Experience in administrative tasks or using control and organization tools.
