




Job Summary: Analyst responsible for validating and controlling operational extra costs, interacting with various stakeholders, and suggesting process improvements. Key Highlights: 1. Suggestions for cost reduction improvements **Main Responsibilities:** * Analyze, record, and validate operational extra costs (per diems, accommodations, redeliveries, unplanned tolls, idle hours, damages, returns, rerouting, etc.). * Monitor and address incidents generating additional costs, collecting evidence and justifications. * Verify payment requests and reimbursements, checking supporting documentation (CTR, proof of payment, photos, invoices, operation confirmations). * Perform calculations and update spreadsheets or internal systems for extra cost control. * Generate periodic reports with financial impact analyses and trend assessments. * Interact with drivers, partners, and customers to clarify charges and validate billing. * Support the finance team in the monthly closing related to extra costs. * Validate contracts and freight rate tables regarding extra charge criteria. * Suggest process improvements to reduce unproductive costs. * Monitor KPIs related to operational extraordinary costs. **Requirements:** * Completed high school education; technical or undergraduate degree in Logistics, Administration, Accounting, or related fields is preferred. * Experience in logistics, particularly in cost management, operations, incident handling, or travel control. * Intermediate Excel proficiency. * Analytical ability and attention to detail.
