We are seeking a Mid-Level Research & Development Analyst to join our innovation team! **Key responsibilities:** * Conduct research for developing new products in the frozen food segment. * Improve formulations of existing products, pursuing innovation and process optimization. * Monitor and ensure product compliance with food safety standards and applicable legislation. * Perform testing and analysis of raw materials, finished products, and production processes. * Collaborate with the production team to ensure feasibility and implementation of innovations. Monitor performance of new products and make necessary adjustments. * Prepare R&D reports and present results to management.
