CLT Position | Sales Consultant Company: Castelo Imports Location: Contagem – MG Work Model: On-site WORKING HOURS Monday to Friday: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM Saturday: 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM JOB OBJECTIVE Responsible for consultative sales of smartphones and accessories, including in-person and online customer service, utilizing CRM for customer management, ensuring high commercial performance, increased average transaction value, maintained margin, and excellence in customer experience. RESPONSIBILITIES - Provide customer service (in-person and online) with a focus on conversion - Use CRM to register, track, and manage leads and customers - Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets - Ensure sales with healthy margins (avoiding excessive discounts) - Offer accessories during every customer interaction - Handle post-sale activities and customer retention - Maintain organization of commercial processes - Support store growth and performance strategies REQUIREMENTS - Proficiency with technology and digital tools - Familiarity with CRM usage - Strong communication skills for online customer service (WhatsApp, social media, etc.) - Commercial mindset and goal-oriented profile COMPENSATION MODEL (CLT) Fixed (CLT): Base salary: R$ 1.621,00 (current national minimum wage – per applicable legislation) Variable (Incentives and Bonuses): - Sales Volume: Progressive incentive based on number of devices sold - Profit Margin: Bonus for sales completed without discounts or free gifts - Average Transaction Value: Commission on accessory sales (after achieving minimum target) IMPORTANT This position includes a performance-based incentive and bonus system, encouraging above-average results and professional growth.
