Remove impediments and foster team self\-organization. Execute field quality problem resolution, from root cause identification through corrective action implementation and post\-sales follow\-up. Break down and prioritize quality demands related to electrical and electronic components. Assist in implementing the Quality Management System and monitor performance indicators. Promote collaboration among technical teams and other departments involved in projects. Previous experience as Quality Assurance Specialist, Quality Coordinator, Quality Auditor, or Quality Control Supervisor may indicate alignment with some responsibilities of this position. Bachelor's degree required.
