Job Summary: A professional responsible for administering and organizing the warehouse department, leading teams, ensuring warehouse maintenance, and monitoring performance to guarantee inventory compliance. Inventory control and organization **Responsibilities:** Administer and organize the department by delegating tasks and developing strategies to ensure activity execution and results. Lead the team, supervise daily routines of team members, and conduct brief meetings for feedback and priority setting. Ensure warehouse organization and maintenance through management systems and operational routines. Plan the arrangement of stored goods to facilitate identification, location, and handling. Monitor the team's qualitative and quantitative performance and report to direct leadership. Supervise material receipt, verifying supplier invoices and purchase orders. Control and organize inventory levels, ensuring alignment between physical stock and system records. Assess the need for overtime, develop action plans for Saturday workload requirements, and keep forms and procedures updated, applying organizational practices such as 5S. **Mandatory Requirements:** Completed high school education; Relevant work experience; Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office and email); Availability to work on Saturdays when required.
