Job Summary: Participate in construction site monitoring, budget preparation, and inspection, ensuring material quality and safety under supervision in a healthcare environment. Key Highlights: 1. Focus on workplace safety and process optimization Monitor construction sites and projects; assist in preparing budget spreadsheets and schedules; control and verify various construction phases. **Working Hours:** 08:00 to 14:00, Monday to Friday **Stipend:** R$1\.000,00 **Benefits:** * Transportation allowance * Life insurance **Responsibilities and Duties** Assist in researching new materials, techniques, and procedures through market research to select manufacturers based on cost-effectiveness; \- Assist in construction site inspection under the engineer's supervision; * Prepare daily construction logs under the supervision of the responsible engineer; * Assist in preparing budgets and schedules, conducting property surveys, measuring work progress, etc.; * Safeguard materials and equipment under one's responsibility used in performing tasks to extend their service life; * Perform tasks observing workplace safety requirements, properly using PPE and adhering to behavioral standards, complying with current legislation and internal regulations; * Support the immediate supervisor on matters related to one's area of responsibility, proposing and discussing solutions to problems and irregularities to support decision-making on required actions and assist in continuous improvement of departmental processes; \- Comply with quality management guidelines established by Santa Casa BH; \- Complete daily construction logs; \- Prepare photographic reports documenting various construction phases; * Perform other tasks of similar nature and complexity level upon request from the immediate supervisor. **Requirements and Qualifications** Course(s): Architecture Semester(s): 3rd We are Santa Casa BH, and we work for a cause: delivering top-tier healthcare to everyone.
