Identify and resolve operational and technical issues We are looking for a General Supervisor to lead our precast concrete factory. If you have experience in team and production process management and seek an opportunity to work with a solid and growing company, this position is for you! * * PROVEN EXPERIENCE IN A PRECAST CONCRETE FACTORY IS MANDATORY * * Responsibilities: * Coordinate and supervise all stages of the production process in the factory, from material preparation to product completion; * Lead and manage production teams, ensuring achievement of quality, safety, and productivity targets; * Plan and assign daily tasks, organizing the production schedule to meet established deadlines; * Monitor employee performance and conduct training when necessary to ensure alignment with company standards; * Control the use of materials and equipment, minimizing waste and optimizing available resources; * Ensure compliance with occupational safety regulations and proper use of PPE by employees; * Identify and resolve operational and technical issues, continuously improving processes; * Collaborate with management in planning and developing new production strategies. Requirements: * Proven experience as a General Supervisor or in leadership roles within industrial settings, preferably in precast concrete or civil construction; * Knowledge of concrete manufacturing processes and quality control; * Ability to manage teams, lead people, and resolve conflicts; * Strong organizational, planning, and decision-making skills; * Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
