Job Summary:
This role involves analyzing, controlling, and reconciling guarantees for PJ operations, supporting collections, and interacting with various internal areas to ensure compliance.

**Key Responsibilities**
* **Analyze new PJ operations** regarding the adequacy, sufficiency, and documentation of submitted guarantees prior to formalization or disbursement of funds.
* Register and control guarantees linked to PJ operations, covering **receivables, real estate, machinery, equipment, and vehicles**.
* Perform **financial reconciliations** of fund inflows tied to guarantees, identifying amounts that must remain blocked versus those eligible for client release.
* Monitor and update guarantee controls for portfolios related to **working capital, guarantee accounts, receivables discounting, and structured operations**.
* Support analysis of **construction progress reports and financial controls**, linked to structured operations and business plans.
* Execute activities to **support extrajudicial collections**, tracking negotiations, payments, and settlements related to guarantees.
* Update **control spreadsheets, dashboards, and management reports**, ensuring data consistency and integrity.
* Support improvement of routines, internal controls, and operational processes within the guarantees and processing area.
* Interact with **credit, risk, legal, and back-office departments**, ensuring documentary compliance and adherence to internal policies and Central Bank regulations.
**Technical Requirements**
* Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in **Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, Production Engineering, or related fields**.
* Basic or intermediate knowledge of **PJ credit operations** and banking products (working capital, guarantee accounts, receivables discounting).
* Proficiency in **Excel** (pivot tables, formulas, data cross-referencing).
* Familiarity with **Power BI or other BI tools** (a plus).
* Ability to read and interpret **financial reports and construction progress reports**.
* Basic knowledge of **financial calculations** — interest, **CDI, default interest, and penalty fees**, balance updates, and maturity date tracking.
* Prior experience in banking activities, **guarantees, extrajudicial collections, or financial reconciliation** is desirable.
