If this resonates with you, register now and join our team.*** **Responsibilities and Duties** Receive patients, conduct medical history interviews, explain procedures to be performed, and address any related questions or concerns; Perform endovascular diagnostic and therapeutic procedures using various radiographic techniques, hemodynamic equipment, and radiopaque contrast agents; Perform endovascular surgical procedures in hemodynamic services guided by medical imaging; Remove introducers after hemodynamic procedures and apply compressive dressings; Transfer patients to the recovery room; Complete procedure room logs and all required medical record entries, including detailed descriptions of procedures performed; Participate in developing health care plans for patients undergoing hemodynamic procedures; Respect and support continuous improvement of operational norms and procedures; Attend scientific and technical development meetings to enhance the quality of medical care; Implement and/or prepare work schedules for the unit, ensuring rationalization, comfort, and safety for both patients and staff; Participate in protocol development; Support essential hospital services, participate in health surveillance, biosafety, hospital epidemiology, and accident prevention programs and committees; Oversee and maintain full accountability for all medications, supplies, instruments, and equipment within the unit; Uphold ethical principles throughout all professional activities; Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams in continuing health education programs, permanent committees, health surveillance, biosafety, hospital epidemiology, and accident prevention initiatives; Support hospital coordinators on matters related to your area of expertise, proposing and discussing solutions to problems or irregularities to inform decision-making and foster continuous process improvement; Participate in drafting and refining Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), fully understanding and applying them in daily practice; Respond to institutional requests to serve as Preceptor, Tutor, Instructor, and/or Coordinator in teaching activities; Participate in—or facilitate—Permanent Education initiatives per institutional policy, within the scope of your responsibilities; Ensure proper maintenance of materials and equipment under your responsibility to extend their useful life; Perform duties observing occupational safety requirements, correctly using Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) in all tasks, complying with current legislation and institutional guidelines; Support your immediate supervisor on matters related to your area of expertise, proposing and discussing solutions to problems or irregularities to inform decision-making and foster continuous process improvement; Carry out other related tasks of equivalent complexity upon request from your immediate supervisor. **Requirements and Qualifications** 1 — Specialist Qualification Registration (RQE) in Neuroradiology; 2 — Minimum documented experience of 6 (six) months as a Neuroradiologist. **Additional Information** Work schedule: Tuesdays, 1 p.m. to 7 p.m., and Fridays, 7 a.m. to 1 p.m.; Monthly salary for a 60-hour workload (12 hours/week): R$ 5,455.70; Meal/food allowance at our on-site cafeteria: monthly contribution of R$ 20.00 for employees working over 6 hours per day; Food Card worth R$ 220.00/month + additional credit upon return from vacation; Healthcare assistance (medical, dental, and aeromedical): special conditions for employees, spouses, and children, available starting from the 4th month of employment; Discounts on undergraduate and graduate courses offered by partner institutions; Training via PBH Platform; Gympass/Wellhub: available starting from the 4th month of employment; Access to UpToDate platform. **Selection Process\*:** 1 — Registration/candidacy via platform for the position / Curriculum review; 2 — Document verification and interview with case study. * All stages are both eliminatory and ranking-based. It has 460 beds—including 80 ICU beds—and 16 operating rooms. HMDCC specializes in clinical, surgical, and stroke emergency and urgent care, with referrals coordinated and regulated by the Belo Horizonte Municipal Health Department’s Inpatient Admission Center. We are also a reference center for the SUS-BH Network and for Minas Gerais in high-complexity care across the following specialties: internal medicine, orthopedics, general surgery, vascular surgery, neurosurgery, neurology, and urology.
