Job Summary: We are seeking a pastry assistant to work in the production of artisanal ice cream, performing kitchen tasks, organization, and teamwork. Key Highlights: 1. Teamwork and dedication in the kitchen. 2. Production of brittle candies, jams, caramels, fillings, and cakes. 3. Cleaning and organizing the production area and storage. Hiring a pastry assistant for production in an artisanal ice cream shop. We seek someone who enjoys working in the kitchen, is dedicated, organized, works well in teams, and is committed to the company's values. Experience in kitchens and/or pastry is a plus. Responsibilities: \- Perform pastry and ice cream production tasks, including brittle candies, jams, caramels, fillings, cakes, and toppings. \- Wash and portion fruits. \- Assist with weighing and assembling ice cream products. \- Carry out cleaning and organization of the production area and storage. Employment Type: Full-time, CLT permanent contract. Benefits: * Meal allowance of R$ 30.00 per working day. * Transportation allowance * Life insurance Working Hours: * 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM * One day off per week; two Saturdays and one Sunday per month.
