Planning and control of preventive and corrective maintenance **Maintenance Supervisor – CRB Group (BH)** We are seeking a **Maintenance Supervisor** to work in Belo Horizonte. We seek a candidate with proven leadership, strong technical insight, and a focus on ensuring maximum efficiency of our equipment and infrastructure. **Main Responsibilities:** * Coordinate and supervise the technical maintenance team; * Plan and control the schedule of **preventive and corrective maintenance**; * Manage performance indicators (KPIs), maintenance costs, and spare parts inventory; * Ensure operational safety and compliance with technical regulations (NRs). **Requirements:** * **Completed Bachelor's Degree** (Engineering, Maintenance Management, or related fields); * Demonstrated experience in supervision/leadership roles in maintenance; * Solid technical knowledge and problem-solving orientation (hands-on when required); * Strong communication skills and ability to manage conflicts and people. **Working Hours:** * Monday to Friday, from 07:00 to 17:00. **Benefits Package:** * **Hazard Pay Allowance:** BRL 648.40; * **Meal/Voucher Allowance:** BRL 28.00 per day; * **Mobility:** Transportation Voucher or Mobility Allowance; * **Health:** Hapvida Health Plan and Pharmacy Network; * **Education:** Partnerships with educational institutions; * **Life Insurance.** Salary: BRL 5,000.00 – BRL 5,351.00 per month Benefits: * Medical assistance * Fuel allowance * Life insurance * Food voucher * Meal voucher * Transportation voucher Work Location: On-site
