Assisting employees with labor-related inquiries. ✅ **Responsibilities:** **Human Resources:** Support in recruitment and selection processes (job posting, resume screening, interview scheduling, and feedback); Onboarding of new employees; Benefits tracking and administration; Support in performance evaluation follow-up. **Payroll Department:** Support in onboarding, offboarding, and contract control routines; Electronic timekeeping management, attendance tracking, and overtime bank; Support in payroll closing and labor charges calculation; Vacation, leave, and license tracking, as well as employee documentation management; Assisting employees with labor-related inquiries.
