Ensuring compliance with legislation and safety standards Responsible for planning, monitoring, and controlling processes inherent to civil construction execution, supervising personnel under direct supervision. Organize, implement, and manage activities related to construction sites. Control and perform measurements for subcontractors and suppliers. Monitor the project schedule and site activities, ensuring compliance with legislation related to civil construction and other applicable regulations that directly or indirectly affect construction execution and control. Responsible for strict adherence to occupational safety standards at construction sites. **Requirements:** Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering; experience in executing industrial, commercial, or residential construction projects; leadership ability; capacity to work under pressure; resilience; strong communication skills; good interpersonal relationships; flexibility for travel; and adaptability.
