




**Description and Responsibilities:** **Schedule:** Monday to Friday, from 08:30 to 18:00 **Level:** Operational **Employment Type:** Permanent — CLT labor code* Assist in delivering the Information Security Training Program on a gamified platform, * Monitor DLP (Data Loss Prevention) alerts, * Guide cooperatives on using the SGPD (Data Protection Management System), * Monitor submission of evidence by cooperatives, ensuring established deadlines are met, \- Monitor the action plan for risk treatment within the SGPD — Data Protection Management System, * Monitor resolution of cooperative requests via the top desk, * Oversee training for contracted third parties, ensuring all receive appropriate training on LGPD and Information Security, * Maintain up-to-date registration and access information, * Assist in creating and maintaining departmental documentation, such as reports, handbooks, and presentations, * Assist cooperatives in handling data subject requests within the SGPD (Automation of Privacy Rights). **Requirements:** **Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree** in Law, Information Systems, or related fields. **Professional Experience:** * 1–2 years of experience in administrative or IT support roles, information security, data governance, or related areas. * Experience in corporate environments with information security policies or compliance is a plus. * Experience in document organization and control, including record updating and audit support. * *Preferred: Experience in the financial sector—especially credit cooperatives or banks—due to the sector’s high regulatory requirements.* **Required Knowledge:** * Basic understanding of LGPD (General Data Protection Law): Introductory knowledge of LGPD principles, data subject rights, and legal bases for data processing, * Information Security: Fundamental concepts of information security—including confidentiality, integrity, and availability, * Privacy Policies and Data Governance: Preliminary understanding of privacy policies and data governance to support compliance activities, * Microsoft Office Suite and Management Tools: Proficiency in spreadsheets (Excel), documents (Word), and corporate communication tools (e.g., Teams), * Familiarity with Administrative Processes: Ability to handle documentation, records, and information control. **Required Skills and Attributes:** * Organization and Attention to Detail: Essential for managing documents, incident records, and audits. * Strong Written and Verbal Communication: For interacting with internal teams and supporting the drafting of privacy notices. * Proactivity and Willingness to Learn: Interest in developing expertise in privacy and information security. * Discretion and Ethics: Ability to handle sensitive information with full confidentiality. * Digital Tool Proficiency: Capacity to quickly learn new IT tools and data management systems. * Teamwork: Ability to collaborate effectively with analysts and other members of the security and privacy team. **Certifications:** Introductory LGPD courses offered by recognized institutions (e.g., EXIN, DARYUS) or online platforms such as Coursera or Alura. **Benefits:** Medical assistance, dental assistance, childcare allowance, study grant, Gympass, profit-sharing program, private pension plan, work uniforms, life insurance, meal allowance, transportation allowance
