Organized and welcoming environment **Law Internship Position – Operational Profile (On-site)** **Stipend: R$ 1.000,00 | Working hours: 5 hours per day | Monday to Friday** We are looking for an intern with an **organized, responsible, and operational profile**, to support the law firm’s internal workflows and update legal systems. **Responsibilities** * Populate and maintain legal and administrative systems (cases, information, internal controls) up to date. * Prepare case-tracking reports and spreadsheets. * Enter, verify, and manage deadlines in calendars and internal systems. * Respond to client inquiries regarding assigned matters under team guidance. * Assist with organization and control routines. **Work Schedule** * **5 hours per day**, Monday to Friday. * **On-site model.** **Requirements** * Currently enrolled between the **1st and 6th semester** of a **Law** program. * Highly **organized** profile, with attention to detail and focus on accuracy. * **Basic or intermediate proficiency in Excel/spreadsheets**. * Proactivity, responsibility regarding deadlines, and strong written communication skills. **What We Seek** A committed individual who enjoys operational routines, is comfortable working with systems and spreadsheets, and values an organized and welcoming environment.
