




Job Summary: The professional will be responsible for programming and operating laser cutting machines, interpreting technical drawings, and ensuring production quality, optimizing resources and performing basic maintenance. Key Highlights: 1. Program and operate laser cutting machines (fiber or CO₂). 2. Interpret technical drawings and optimize sheet material utilization. 3. Ensure dimensional conformity and quality of cut parts. **Responsibilities:** * Receive production order instructions and cutting schedule guidance from the team leader, prioritizing production needs to meet targets; * Program laser cutting machines (fiber or CO₂) based on technical drawings and CAD/CAM files. * Interpret technical drawings, production orders, and customer specifications; * Define cutting parameters (power, speed, focus, assist gas, material thickness); * Plan required tasks, prepare the machine: setup, nozzle replacement, focus adjustment and alignment, and install appropriate tools and consumables to ensure smooth production flow; * Perform cutting tests and fine adjustments as needed to optimize machine programming for production requirements, quality, and target achievement; * Operate the machine during production, monitoring quality and productivity; * Inspect cut parts, ensuring dimensional conformity and removing burrs when necessary to guarantee finishing quality and safety of produced parts; * Optimize sheet material utilization (nesting) to reduce scrap; * Perform basic autonomous maintenance (cleaning, lubrication, daily checklist), identify equipment and accessory abnormalities, report failures, deviations or corrective maintenance needs, and request repairs by completing the appropriate form or using the computerized system; * Support machine maintenance processes by informing and guiding maintenance personnel during repairs to ensure speed and quality of maintenance; complete checklists; * Record daily data including time, production quantity, defective parts, interruptions, and other requested information to support competent departments in decision-making for production process improvement and identification of new tooling needs; * Comply with safety, environmental, and internal procedural standards. **Requirements:** * Completed High School education; * Training in laser cutting programming and operation; * Knowledge of laser cutting programming and operation; * Preferred: Technical degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Mechanical Manufacturing, or related fields. Minimum Education Level: High School (Secondary Education)
