**Responsibilities**:
Ensure maintenance of a disciplinary environment aligned with the Institution’s pedagogical practices, uphold discipline throughout the school premises, and advise students and parents on disciplinary matters.
✔ Relay relevant information to students and guardians regarding changes or events affecting the school routine, distributing circulars, notices, and bulletins in classrooms per requests from the Pedagogical Team.
✔ Maintain discipline throughout the school premises, including during student entry and exit, and ensure proper uniform usage.
✔ Receive students referred by teachers for disciplinary issues and guide them on appropriate procedures. In serious cases, refer them to counseling.
✔ Inspect school facilities to verify whether students are outside classrooms or whether teachers require assistance, thereby ensuring appropriate disciplinary conditions for school operations.
✔ Verify individual student use of Hall Passes for bathroom/water breaks, visits to coordination/counseling/administration, etc., and notify management of any irregularities.
✔ Support teachers in the educational process, assisting with test administration and supervising student discipline during school activities.
✔ Monitor student entry and exit, recess, lunch, and other movements and activities outside classrooms, observing tolerance periods to comply with school procedures.
✔ Manage, distribute, and collect sports equipment and oversee use of sports courts.
✔ Greet parents/guardians and other visitors during school festivals, events, and assessment days.
✔ Distribute circulars, notices, and bulletins in classrooms per instructions from the Educational Counselor;
✔ Post and remove notices on school communication bulletin boards.
✔ Contribute to the creation and maintenance of commemorative bulletin boards;
✔ Manage student incident reports, recording relevant facts as stipulated in the School Bylaws.
✔ Serve the public (internal and external) in a polite and courteous manner, receiving, informing, and guiding them to deliver comprehensive and differentiated service.
✔ Carry out tasks according to instructions and priorities set by the immediate supervisor and Educational Counselor, adhering to institutional norms and procedures with quality and safety.
✔ Maintain equipment, instruments, assets, and consumables assigned to you, requesting maintenance, repairs, and replacements from relevant departments whenever necessary.
✔ Keep the workplace clean and organized, disposing of waste generated in school premises and curricular activities into appropriate containers and locations, preserving occupational health and environmental standards.
✔ Support the immediate supervisor and Educational Counselor on matters related to your area of responsibility, reporting and discussing problems and irregularities to help define required procedures and actions.
✔ Assist students with comorbidities in moving around the school when requested;
✔ Monitor isolated student groupings. Additionally, carefully observe general student movement while escorting them through school facilities.
✔ Open and close classroom doors (at the start of class sessions and at the beginning and end of recess/interval), maintaining student supervision if the teacher is absent from the class (during teacher transitions).
✔ Perform other related duties as requested.
