




Responsible for ensuring the proper functioning of the company's information technology resources, providing technical support to employees and maintaining a stable, secure, and efficient IT infrastructure. The main focus will be on computer maintenance, as well as support for systems, networks, and other IT-related demands. **Main responsibilities** * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of computers (hardware and software); * Install, configure, and update operating systems, software, and corporate applications; * Provide technical support to users, resolving incidents and addressing low- to medium-complexity queries; * Support the management and maintenance of the IT infrastructure (network, printers, access controls, equipment); * Conduct control and organization of IT assets (equipment inventory); * Assist in creating and updating technical documentation and procedures; * Work on continuous improvement of support and infrastructure processes; * Carry out other duties relevant to the position, as required by the department. **Requirements** * Technical or higher education currently underway or completed in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Networks, or related fields; * Experience in computer maintenance and technical support; * Knowledge of operating systems (Windows and/or Linux); * Basic understanding of networking (TCP/IP, cabling, Wi\-Fi); * Knowledge of software installation and configuration; * Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills; * Clear communication and good interpersonal skills; * Proactive and collaborative profile. **Preferred qualifications** * Prior experience in corporate support and infrastructure; * Familiarity with ticketing and monitoring tools; * Experience with cloud environments and corporate systems;
