We welcome candidates from anywhere in Brazil; office visits are optional—not mandatory. **Responsibilities and Duties:** Logical Infrastructure * Administer LAN/WAN networks, corporate Wi-Fi, and internet links. * Configure and maintain firewalls, VPNs, and security systems. * Manage physical servers and virtual machines (on-premise and cloud). * Execute backup, monitoring, observability, and recovery routines. * Manage identities and access (IAM), including email creation and maintenance. * Support Microsoft services, Google Workspace, and hybrid environments. Physical Infrastructure * Perform basic structured cabling and network point maintenance. * Assist in documenting and mapping technical floor plans. Specialized Support * Serve as Level 2/Level 3 support for critical incidents. * Conduct advanced troubleshooting for networks, servers, and applications. * Coordinate with ICT, telecom, and electronic security vendors. Governance * Support the Infrastructure Coordinator/Manager in implementing policies, standards, and best practices. * Maintain up-to-date documentation for the entire infrastructure. * Contribute to continuous improvement and automation initiatives. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Experience with networking (TCP/IP, VLANs, switches, routers). * Knowledge of firewalls and VPNs (Stormshield, FortiGate, SonicWall, pfSense, etc.). * Experience with servers (Windows Server and/or Linux). * Knowledge of virtual machines (VMware, Hyper-V, or Proxmox). * Configuration and management of corporate Wi-Fi. * Experience with IAM and email provisioning. * Ability to diagnose complex issues.
