**Job Description:** Provide service (defined as billable hours) at the client's operation site, performing the pre-defined scope of activities and reporting unforeseen cases to the Mining Area Supervisor, enabling alignment between Sotreq and client agreements. Perform corrective and/or preventive maintenance on Sotreq equipment (Caterpillar and O\&K lines), based on failure diagnosis and proper use of manufacturer manuals, reducing rework rates in mining operations. Maintain and ensure compliance with manufacturer standards through correct maintenance procedures specified in the manuals, contributing to equipment longevity, higher operational availability, and enhancing Sotreq's (and represented brands') positive image with the client. Accurately diagnose failures in equipment and accessories under warranty, reporting technical assessments to the Mining Area Supervisor and, when necessary, recommending submission of cases to the Service Engineering team for warranty reimbursement requests from the manufacturer.
