**MINING MECHANIC I** **Job Description:** Activities and responsibilities Support corrective and/or preventive maintenance on equipment (Caterpillar and O\&K lines), based on failure diagnosis and proper use of manufacturer manuals, reducing rework rates in Mining operations. Support the accurate diagnosis of failures in equipment and accessories under warranty period, reporting to the Mining Area Supervisor the technical assessment and suggesting, when necessary, sending the case for analysis by Service Engineering to request warranty reimbursement from the manufacturer. Provide service support at the client's operation, performing the pre\-defined scope of activities and reporting unforeseen cases to the Mining Area Supervisor, enabling alignment between company and client expectations. Maintain and ensure compliance with standards established by the manufacturer through proper maintenance procedures indicated in the manuals, contributing to equipment longevity, higher operational availability, and a positive image of the Company (and represented brands) to the client. Report to the Mining Area Supervisor **Requirements:** Mandatory Requirements: * Completed High School; * Driver's License Class B; * Mechanical Maintenance (preventive, corrective, predictive, mining experience, 6 months proven) on major mobile equipment, off\-road trucks and infrastructure machinery. * Basic level of Office package; (reports) or industrial mechanic.
