Description: About the vacancy:* Responsible for receiving the customer, registering the vehicle for less complex and routine services, forwarding it to the workshop, informing the customer of the budget for approval, monitoring delivery deadlines, and releasing the vehicle upon completion of repairs. Main responsibilities:* Interface with the customer to schedule services, in accordance with Grupo Bamaq’s procedures. * Receive the customer and carry out the vehicle intake and preparation procedure, verifying the necessary information to open the service order, identifying issues to be corrected, and making the appropriate system entries for subsequent forwarding of the vehicle to the workshop. * Register and/or update data and information in the system and internal controls, ensuring record reliability. * Perform the service order opening procedure in the system, entering details of services to be carried out. * Present the budget to the customer for approval and necessary actions. * Assist in collecting required signatures and approvals for the workshop process, documenting the entire service interaction per internal procedures. * Monitor delivery deadlines, scheduling vehicle release with the customer. * Receive the customer for the vehicle release procedure, providing information, accompanying them to the payment location, and ensuring required signatures and proper records. * Maintain positive customer relations, clarifying doubts and keeping the customer informed regarding deadlines and services performed. * Support the immediate supervisor on matters inherent to the role, reporting and discussing problems and irregularities to assist in defining procedures and actions to be taken. * Be accountable for the quality, reliability, confidentiality, and performance of resources, services, and information generated by tasks under responsibility. * Support indicator management, gathering information to serve as tools for improvement and management decision-making. * Guide new team members on activities inherent to the area, accompanying them and facilitating their adaptation process. * Stay updated on technological advances related to the field of expertise, aiming at professional development and knowledge sharing. * Ensure the preservation of company assets, requesting maintenance, repair, and/or replacement whenever necessary. * Carry out other related tasks as directed by the immediate supervisor. Mandatory requirements:* Completed high school education; * Experience as a Consultant in the automotive sector; Basic Office skills. * Desirable requirements (advantage):* Technical education in Automotive Mechanics, ongoing or completed.
