




Job Summary: A professional with experience in production line balancing, time and motion studies, and layout analysis, focused on Safety and Quality standards. Key Highlights: 1. Experience in line balancing and process optimization. 2. Work with Safety and Quality standards and Quality tools. 3. Development and standardization of technical documents. Prior experience in the field is required (preferably in the automotive industry). **Responsibilities:** Production line balancing, time and motion studies, layout analysis, compliance with Safety and Quality standards, knowledge and application of Quality tools, development and standardization of technical documents and work instructions, among others. **Education:** Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Technical degree in Mechanical Engineering/similar. **Preferred Qualification:** Advanced English **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, from 07:45 AM to 5:30 PM. **Location:** Juatuba (company provides shuttle service) **Salary:** Based on candidate's expectations Shuttle service, meals at the company, food basket, Unimed health insurance with co-payment, life insurance, and annual bonus (per Collective Bargaining Agreement). **Minimum Education:** Bachelor's degree
