Key Responsibilities: * Plan and schedule preventive and corrective maintenance; * Manage service orders and parts requisitions; * Monitor KPIs and prepare performance reports; * Support management with analyses and proposals for process improvement; * Collaborate with workshop teams, operations, and suppliers. Requirements: * Completed technical or high school education (technical training in Mechanics or related fields preferred); * Experience in fleet maintenance planning; * Advanced Excel proficiency; * Knowledge of maintenance management systems.
