We are looking for an experienced, detail-oriented, and quality-focused **CNC Milling Machine Operator** to join our team and participate in industrial projects demanding excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement. **Responsibilities** * Machine parts from ferrous metals, non-ferrous metals, resins, and engineering plastics, ensuring high precision and surface finish. * Operate CNC and conventional milling machines, performing setup, programming, and adjustments according to drawings and technical specifications. * Develop, adjust, and optimize CNC programs, driving continuous improvements in machining processes. * Accurately interpret technical drawings, ensuring dimensional and functional compliance. * Perform measurements and quality control using high-precision instruments (calipers, micrometers, height gauges, etc.). * Perform technical calculations and adjustments during the process, ensuring efficiency and excellence in results. **Requirements** * Proven experience in mechanical machining and operation of CNC milling machines. * Knowledge of CNC controls (Siemens, Fanuc, Heidenhain, or similar). * Experience with 2D CNC programming. * Ability to read and interpret mechanical technical drawings. * Proficiency in using precision measuring instruments. * Availability to work rotating shifts. **Ideal Profile** * Meticulous attention to detail and commitment to quality. * Proactivity, responsibility, and results orientation. * Ability to collaborate effectively in teams and follow technical procedures with discipline. * Interest in innovation, technology, and continuous improvement. **What We Offer** * A technical and collaborative environment focused on excellence and innovation. * Participation in highly complex industrial projects. * Recognition of practical expertise and encouragement for professional growth.
